- A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of Abiraterone Acetate (CB7630) Plus Prednisone in Asymptomatic and Mildly Symptomatic Patients with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (COU-AA-302)
- A randomised, parallel-arm, open –label trial comparing degarelix with goserelin plus anti-androgen flare protection (bicalutamide), in terms of reduction in IPSS, in patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) secondary to locally advanced prostate cancer
